3. Payments and Refunds

4. Content Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Vivimate does not own the media content accessed through our player. Channel lineups and VOD libraries are subject to change without notice based on third-party provider availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vivimate shall not be held liable for any interruptions in service caused by ISP throttling, hardware incompatibility, or external server downtime. We provide the service "as is" and "as available."

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you are found in breach of these terms. Termination for violation of usage restrictions does not entitle the user to a refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce standards. Any disputes shall be handled through our designated arbitration process.
