2. When a Refund is Not Applicable

- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Allow our technical team 24 hours to attempt a fix or optimization.
- If the issue remains, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed instantly from our end. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Cryptocurrency refunds are usually visible within 1 hour of approval.
